Hi! I’m Jessica.
I am a wife, mother, sister and friend. My husband Andy and I are high school sweethearts and have been married for 10 years. We have three children, our sons Eli and Luke and our daughter Callie. We have two cats, Rocky and Gingersnap. Our 10 year old golden retriever Lola died this past summer and we miss her so much. We are excited for the day when the kiddos are a bit older so that we can have another golden puppy!
Although I don’t have as much time to do so now, I enjoy hiking and biking, quilting and flower gardening. I also enjoy reading and although I am usually reading children’s books, I do enjoy light non-fiction that reads like fiction. I love to bake goodies and eat them too. Though I don’t have any formal training or background I thoroughly enjoy home design. I enjoy perusing house magazines and I love to dream about interior design and house plans. We are enjoying life with our little family in our 1940s home. It is so great to be within walking distance to school, church, the library, the park, the ice cream shop and downtown.
I hope to use this blog to share about our family and home as well as to record some memories while we raise our family here.
Thanks for stopping by to read about our life on Liberty Street.
